How It Works

With our new referral rewards program, you and your friends both get rewarded—when you refer someone who’s never been to Viva before. Give $25 to a friend, get $25 after their first visit for your next service.

1. REFER A FRIEND

Log into our online booking portal or download the Viva app to find your unique referral code, then share with friends who are new to Viva. Instructions on where to find your referral code are in the guides below.

2. THEY GET REWARDED

Your friend will receive a $25 credit to use toward their first visit

3. YOU GET REWARDED

Once your friend visits and enjoys their first treatment, you’ll receive a $25 credit to use on your next visit

How to Refer a Friend in the Viva App: Give $25, Get $25

  1. Download the Viva Day Spa + Med Spa app on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  2. Sign up or login to the app. In the Account tab, tap Referral.
  3. Share your unique code or link with a friend or have them mention your name at checkout.

How to Refer a Friend in the Viva online booking portal

  1. Visit our online booking portal.
  2. When prompted to log in, enter your email or mobile number, check your messages for a 6-digit verification code, then input the one-time password to access your account. If you are new to Viva, you will be prompted to create a new account
  3. Navigate to your account by clicking the three line menu on your mobile device and then clicking your name. Or locate your name in the upper right hand corner on desktop
  4. Click the “Referral Program” option in the menu of your account page
  5. Copy and share your referral code to your nearest and dearest.
  6. Watch your rewards add up as your friends book their first spa experience! There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer—so start spreading the word and enjoy the benefits of relaxation together.

 

Terms & Conditions

Valid for new client referrals only. $25 will be applied to new, referred guests as a discount to their first transaction and is valid for any service but is not applicable to products or gift certificates.There is no cash value. Discount may be used any time, any day with no expiration but is non-transferable. Only one referral credit may be used per visit and cannot be used toward gratuity. Referral discount is not combinable with other discounts. Viva reserves the right to change referral program rewards at any time.

How Do I Know When a Friend Uses My Referral Code and Gives Me a Credit?

Once your friend visits and enjoys their first treatment, you’ll receive an email letting you know that you have a $25 credit to use on your next visit.

How Can I See How Many Referral Credits I Have?

  1. Visit our online booking portal

Simply book your appointment as usual and mention to the front desk staff at check out that you have a referral credit to use.

What If My Next Visit is a Complimentary Consultation or Other Free Service?

Your referral discount will then be applied to your next consecutive service instead.
