  • Under eyes: 2 syringes

*Savings do not apply to Volbella 0.55mL syringes. Syringes must all be used in one visit.

As we age, our lips and the surrounding area tend to lose their supple and defined structure. Enter lip injections: science’s answer to restoring some of that volume and shape, or simply adding some enhancement without surgery.

What is the best lip filler in Austin or Round Rock, Texas for you? Viva Day Spa + Med Spa offers FDA-approved hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler from Juvederm and Restylane, specifically recommended for lip injections. Your aesthetic medical injector will help you create a treatment plan to achieve your ideal lip shape and plumpness level, with natural looking results.

How Do Lip Fillers Work?

Lip augmentation is most commonly performed using hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers. Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a natural substance found in the body. These HA lip fillers are smooth, gel-like formulas that are injected into the lips to plump, define, and correct lip shape.

Types of Lip Filler

After Botox, hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers are still the most popular choice of injectable treatments. HA lip injections have been proven to be safer and provide more immediate results compared to collagen fillers. The top lip filler brands are from Juvederm (the maker of Botox) and Restylane (the maker of Dysport). Viva Day Spa + Med Spa offers the following FDA-approved lip filler products:

Juvéderm Lip Fillers

Juvederm’s family of dermal fillers includes specific products to restore volume to the cheeks, balance your profile, and add volume/definition to your lips.

Juvederm Ultra XC is ideal for boosting your lips with natural looking fullness and definition. This powerhouse filler smooths out vertical lip lines and adds volume to the lips for a hydrated, luscious look.

Juvederm Volbella XC is an ideal lip filler for beginners looking for a subtle change. It’s known for smoothing and softening vertical lip lines, as well as adding a slight plump — rather than volume — for mild, natural-looking enhancement.

Restylane Lip Fillers

Restylane also offers a family of dermal filler products for the face, including the lips. Restylane Kysse is the newest lip filler to hit the market and was uniquely designed to add fullness to the lips and help smooth out wrinkles above the mouth. This lip injection delivers a pillowy, softer lip with more natural expression of motion than other alternatives.

Benefits of Lip Injections

Lip augmentation is most commonly thought of as a treatment to plump your lips. However, lip filler has a number of other benefits.

  • Balances asymmetrical lip shapes
  • Adds natural fullness
  • Smoothes out fine lines around the mouth
  • Accentuates the border of your lips
  • Enhances the cupid’s bow (the “M” part of your mid-upper lip)
  • Reduces vertical lip lines (smoker’s lines)

What Can I Expect During My Lip Filler Treatment?

One of the best things about lip filler — besides enhancing the look of your gorgeous new pout — is that the procedure is super quick and minimally invasive. During the treatment, your Viva Day Spa + Med Spa cosmetic injector will apply a topical anesthetic (Lidocaine) to numb any slight discomfort you may otherwise feel. Next, they will use ultra fine needles to administer the lip filler of your choice into the target areas.

    When Will I See Results?

You will see immediate results with lip Injections. However, it typically takes about 4 weeks for the filler to settle in and achieve the final, desired look.

    How Long Do Results Last?

Lip filler results typically last one year. It is not permanent. All of the lip fillers at Viva Day Spa + Med Spa are FDA approved for up to 12 months.

How Much Lip Filler Will I Need?

A natural looking lip enhancement typically requires only one syringe Restylane or Juvederm lip filler. One syringe is equal to 1ml of product or 1/5th of a teaspoon. For a fuller look, some patients will add a second syringe a few months after their initial treatment to gradually enhance the size of their lips.

How Much Does Lip Filler Cost in Austin & Round Rock?
