Lexi Luna, RN, LT, LA, is a Licensed Medical Esthetician & Professional Laser Technician at Viva Day Spa + Med Spa. She specializes in laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and advanced aesthetic treatments at Viva’s Lamar location in Austin.
Lexi began her career in cosmetology before discovering that skin care and medical aesthetics were where her interests truly came together. She earned her esthetics and laser credentials in 2017 and has spent nearly a decade working with lasers and advanced skin treatments, including laser hair removal, laser facials, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, IPL, and radiofrequency skin tightening.
Driven by a love of science and learning, Lexi continued her education to deepen the clinical knowledge she brings to aesthetic care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Galen College of Nursing in 2025 and became a Registered Nurse. For Lexi, aesthetics brings together the things she values most: helping others enhance their natural beauty, sharing what she learns, and building meaningful relationships with clients.
Lexi takes time to build trust with each client so they feel safe, educated, and confident in their care. She enjoys creating personalized treatment plans that address individual skin concerns while helping clients feel like the best version of themselves. Lexi joined the medical spa team at Viva in August 2026.
Outside of work, Lexi loves spending time with her husband and baby boy, getting together with friends and family for game nights, and tackling a good puzzle. She also enjoys exploring Austin through easy trails, sightseeing, aquariums, and zoos. A lifelong animal lover, Lexi has even had the chance to bathe an elephant, and she hopes to share plenty of travel and new adventures with her son as he grows.
