Valya Bek is a Licensed Medical Esthetician and Professional Laser Technician at Viva Day Spa + Med Spa. She provides laser treatments and advanced cosmetic skin care procedures at our downtown Austin med spa location, Viva Day Spa + Med Spa Lamar.
She began her career over 10 years ago as a Laser Technician. Valya’s passion for skin care lead her to further her aesthetics education and become a Licensed Medical Esthetician. Prior to joining the medical spa team at Viva in 2021, she worked for 2 1/2 years at the Texas Laser And Aesthetics Academy as a Medical Esthetician/Laser Technician Instructor. Hundreds of beauty spa professionals in the state of Texas were trained by Valya! An avid learner, Valya continues to hone her craft by taking the most advanced classes, earning over 10 additional certifications.
Helping clients achieve their aesthetics goals is Valya’s passion. It all starts by listening carefully to their concerns to formulate a custom treatment plan. Valya believes looking and feeling your best allows you to face life’s challenges with confidence!
When she’s not taking care of her guests at Viva, she enjoys gardening, travel, and cultural arts. Most of all, she loves spending quality time with her friends and family — especially her son and husband.
