Jordyn Kautz, APRN, FNP-C is a board certified aesthetic Family Nurse Practitioner at Viva Day Spa + Med Spa. She provides cosmetic injectable services and other aesthetic treatments at both of Viva’s med spa locations in Austin: Viva Day Spa + Med Spa Domain Northside and in south Austin at Viva Day Spa + Med Spa Lamar.
Jordyn earned her Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practice from University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from TCU. She is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and licensed through the Texas Board of Nursing.
Jordyn started her nursing career at St. David’s working in the mother/baby unit. She became interested in skincare and anti-aging treatments and decided to go back to school for her advanced practice degree. While in school, she was hired at an aesthetic medical spa to begin her career in aesthetics. Jordyn has been working in the aesthetic field and loving it for over 2 years.
Outside of Viva, you’ll find her spending time with her husband Jordan, and if it sounds like she’s talking in third person, she promises she’s referring to him and not herself. They have three pets: a boxer named Hefner, and two cats named Maude and Leo. They also have 10 koi fish that live in their pond. Jordyn’s favorite things to do in Austin are going to the lake and seeing broadway musicals with her mom.
