How Does EvolveX Transform Body Sculpting Work?
A non-invasive alternative to liposuction, EvolveX Transform reduces stubborn fat deposits, tightens skin, and helps tone muscle. This FDA-cleared treatment uses a combination of clinically proven modalities including radiofrequency (RF) energy and Electro-Muscle Stimulation (EMS).
EvolveX Transform hands-free applicators (6 paddles per treatment) are placed on the treatment area (or areas) on bare skin with a cooling gel used as a conduit. The paddles are then connected to the machine and a professional laser technician will begin the treatment at a low setting to start, then work their way up to a higher setting once tolerance is established.
Fat Reduction
The radio-frequency energy distributes heat into the targeted tissue and underlying fat causing the tissue to heat and contract. Once the the targeted tissue reaches temperature (43-44 degrees centigrade), a precise high voltage energy pulse is delivered to destroy the localized fat cells. They will take the time to walk you through the procedure, answer any questions you have, then step out to allow you to undress if needed.
Starting Your EvolveX Treatment
Your service provider will get you settled into a heated bed under cozy linens and blankets. They will then apply a cooling gel on your treatment area and attach the treatment paddles using a belt. They will then get started with a few tests gauge your level of comfort. The treatment will feel warm (akin to hot stone massage rocks) and your muscles will gently contract. Once your tolerance is determined, they will leave you in the treatment room to relax and provide access to the machine to turn the levels up and down as needed. Post Treatment
After your treatment is complete, your service provider will offer you wipes to remove the gel and step out so that you can re-dress if needed. They will then go through the after care instructions. - Pacemaker or internal defibrillator, or any other metallic or electronic implant anywhere in the body
- Permanent implant in the treated area
- Areas that have been injected with HA/collagen/fat injections during last 6 months
- Current or history of skin cancer, or current condition of any other type of cancer, or pre- malignant moles
- Severe concurrent conditions, such as cardiac disorders, sensory disturbances, epilepsy, uncontrolled hypertension, and liver or kidney diseases
- Pregnancy and nursing
- Impaired immune system due to immunosuppressive diseases or use of immunosuppressive medications
- Patients with history of diseases stimulated by heat, such as recurrent Herpes Simplex in the
treatment area, may be treated only following a prophylactic regimen - Endocrine disorders, such as diabetes or thyroid dysfunction and hormonal virilization
- Any active condition in the treatment area, such as sores, psoriasis, eczema, and rash
- Laser resurfacing and deep chemical peeling within the last 3 months prior EvolveX treatment
- Having received treatment with light, laser, RF, or other devices in the treated area within 3
months, or before complete healing - Any surgical procedure in the treatment area within the last 3 months or before complete
healing - Use of Isotretinoin (Accutane®) within 6 months prior to treatment
- Do not receive any other laser treatments seven (7) days prior to your treatments

EvolveX Transform Post-Treatment Care
Typically Patients will experience warmth and redness in the treated area which will subside after a few hours. However, you can get back to your regular activities immediately post treatment.
After each EvolveX Transform session, we strongly recommend:
- Keep the skin of the treated area hydrated with a good moisturizer. We have several professional grade moisturizers at Viva to choose from.
- Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water and reduce alcohol intake between and after treatments.
