Botox & Dysport Series units can be used up to 14 months from original date of purchase.
Any unused Botox & Dysport Series units will automatically expire 14 months (427 days) from original date of purchase.
Botox & Dysport Series units are not transferable and cannot be shared/split.
There is no limit on the number of Botox & Dysport Series units that can be used per visit.
Viva’s Botox & Dysport Series can be purchased with Care Credit.

What are a spa/med spa series specials?

Viva offers discounted prices when you pre-pay for packages or series of your favorite services. All services must be purchased up-front in order to receive the savings.

How do series packages work?

Once you purchase your series package in spa or by calling 512-300-2256, you can begin using your services right away. Book your appointment online or call to book. At check out, mention you have a series package on your account.

Do your series packages expire?

Most of our series packages do not expire. Once purchased, they can be used any time, the credits roll over, and never expire. The exception is our Year Of Botox/Dysport which expires 14 months after purchase.
