Shiela Radtke is a Licensed Medical Esthetician (LME) and Senior Laser Technician (SLT) at Viva Day Spa + Med Spa. She provides laser hair removal and advanced aesthetic treatments at our flagship Dallas med spa location, Viva Day Spa + Med Spa Dallas.
With a B.A. in Art History from the University of North Texas (1998), Shiela brought her eye for balance and beauty to an aesthetics career in 2008 when she earned her cosmetology and esthetician licenses at Santiago Canyon College in Orange, California. She then relocated to Texas, where she worked alongside leading medical spas and plastic surgery practices before joining Viva Day Spa + Med Spa Dallas in 2025.
A passionate lifelong learner, Shiela continually pursues training in the latest technologies and modalities. Over the years, she has served as a lead aesthetician, trained fellow professionals, and mastered a wide range of lasers, devices, and skincare lines. She takes pride in her attention to detail, commitment to innovation, and ability to bring out each patient’s unique beauty through safe, effective, and natural-looking results.
When she’s not at the med spa, Shiela is an avid music lover and a devoted advocate for animal rights. She enjoys discovering new hiking trails in Dallas and the wider Texas region alongside her fur babies, Bryson and Harley.
