Viva Day Spa + Med Spa Lamar is located on the ground floor of the Bridges on the Park building at 215 South Lamar Blvd. just south of downtown Austin. We are situated directly across the street from Zach Scott Theater and just steps away from the Anne and Roy Butler High-and-Bike Trail at Lady Bird Lake

We’re nestled at gateway to South Lamar,  just east of Zilker Park and across the river from downtown’s Seaholm District. You’ll find Austin favorites like Uchi one block away, with the WholeFoods Flagship, the iconic BookPeople and luxury shopping at By George just a a quick walk across the bridge.

Visiting Austin? We’re the local spa favorite for guests staying at The Carpenter Hotel and The Loren (walking distance), as well Hotel San Jose, South Congress Hotel, and Hotel Van Zandt.

Serving Downtown & South Austin

We are the convenient choice for Downtown & South Austin residents, serving neighborhoods like Zilker, Barton Hills, Travis Heights, Bouldin Creek, Old Enfield, Clarksville, plus the South Congress district. Our central location also offers easy access for guests in Rollingwood, Westlake Hills, and Tarrytown.

Coming in from farther south? We are an easy drive for residents of Circle C, Shady Hollow, Buda, Kyle, and Dripping Springs.

Parking

Convenient covered parking is available in the Bridges on the Park garage. The entrance is located on South Lamar Blvd, directly in the center of the building complex. We provide at validation code at the front desk to cover your first 2 hours. (For extended stays, rates are just $2/hour with a $24 daily max)

Parking Instructions

The Bridges on the Park garage utilizes the AirGarge digital system. You can pay via the app or by text.

1. Start Rental: Park in any retail spot. Open the AirGarage app (or text “PAY” to 512-675-6771) and tap “Start Rental” to begin your session.
2. Get Your Validation Code: We will provide a validation code at the front desk to cover your first 2 hours.
3. End Rental: When you return to your vehicle, simply tap “End Rental” and enter the code. This validates your parking for the first 2 hours; any remaining balance due will be charged to the card on file.

Street Parking

Metered parking is also available on surrounding roads, including Butler Road and Toomey Road.
