Medical Aesthetics Treatments & Training
Viva estheticians are eligible to receive training and certification in advanced skin care services including dermaplaning, chemical peels, and microneedling (SkinPen). If you are not certified prior to joining Viva, you must be employed for 90 days to be eligible for medical aesthetics training.

What's Viva's Interview Process For Estheticians?
The interview process starts with a “getting to know you” phone conversation to make sure that our needs align. Next, we will book an in-person interview with our recruiting and HR team at Viva’s headquarters in central Austin. The third step are hands-on practicals — a 60-minute Custom Facial and waxing practical — scheduled at one of our spa locations. If you meet Viva’s service level standards and are also a fantastic culture fit, you’ll proceed to a last/final interview with the manager at the location where you’ll be scheduled!
