Jamie Villarreal is a Professional Laser Technician at Viva Day Spa + Med Spa. She provides laser hair removal, HydraFacial, laser skin care resurfacing, Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant and body contouring treatments at our North Austin med spa location, Viva Day Spa + Med Spa Domain Northside.
Jamie earned her Professional Laser Technician training at Texas Laser and Aesthetics Training Academy and esthetician training at Avenue Five Institute in Austin, TX. Prior to going into esthetics, she was attending college majoring in Criminal Law. When she was 17 in her first year of college, Jamie was battling cystic acne and saw an esthetician for the first time. That esthetician changed her life with professional grade products and treatments and helped her see that she could change lives and help people feel more true to themselves like she did. Jamie made the move from criminal law and was in esthetician school within a few months! She joined Viva a shortly after graduating laser technician & esthetics school.
Jamie became part of Viva’s medical spa team in 2018. Since joining, she’s also received advanced device training for Inmode, SkinCeuticals (Dermaplaning, peels, and products), Skin Pen, HydraFacial, and Body Contouring.
Jamie is a true Austinite, born and raised. She was recently married and the couple have 2 amazing fur babies, Turbo and Jet. She loves spending time with her three boys (kitties and husband), her three sisters, and all of her nieces and nephews. Jamie’s favorite things to do are self care, trying new restaurants with her husband, binge watching the Real Housewives and playing fetch with her kitties.

“Service is amazing! I started my laser facial hair removal in February 2022 with Jamie V. I chose laser hair removal because my skin was scared and hyper-pigmented badly from years of shaving, eczema, and acne. She sat me down and went over the treatment and this lady knows dark skin!!! She takes her time always making sure your comfortable , reviews the skin for irritation before and after .
