How do I deliver Viva Day Spa gift cards?

Can a gift card be redeemed on the Viva Day Spa online store?

Please give us a call. We can usually look up your gift card using the purchaser’s name or the recipient’s name to access the credit as payment for services or products. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be reissued.

Can I get a refund for a gift card?

No, gift cards are not refundable. The credit can, however, be used toward any Viva Day Spa + Med Spa service or product, and it can also be transferred to another person.
