No, Viva Day Spa gift cards never expire.

Can a gift card be used at any Viva Day Spa + Med Spa location?

Yes! Your gift cards can be used for spa treatments, med spa treatment, products, gifts, or gratuity at any Viva location in Austin, Round Rock and Dallas.

Can a gift certificate be used for a different service than what was purchased?

Absolutely. All Viva gift cards are issued for a monetary value, so they can be redeemed for any spa treatment, product, or retail item you choose.

What if my gift card is lost or stolen?

Please give us a call! We can usually look up your gift card using the purchaser’s name or the recipient’s name to access the credit as payment for services or products. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be reissued.

Can I get a refund for a gift card?

No, gift cards are not refundable. The credit can, however, be used toward any Viva Day Spa + Med Spa service or product, and it can also be transferred to another person.

Can my gift certificate be transferred to another person?

Yes, Viva Day Spa gift cards are fully transferable. If you’d like to transfer a gift card to someone else, please call us and we’ll be happy to help you with the transfer.

Can a gift card be redeemed on the Viva Day Spa online store?

No, gift cards can only be redeemed for services and products at our physical spa and med spa locations.

$100 Holiday Gift Certificate Special

• Viva Day Spa + Med Spa’s Holiday Gift Certificate Special is valid for purchase made in-spa or online until 8pm on December 27, 2025.
• Purchaser will receive a $100 Holiday Voucher for every $500 spent (not including gratuity).
• Holiday Voucher expires 3 months (90 days) from date of issue (date you receive the Holiday Voucher email).
• $100 Holiday Voucher will be emailed directly to the purchaser. You will receive a separate email for each $100 Holiday Voucher you earn.
• One (1) $100 Holiday Voucher redeemable per guest per visit.
