What is a Good, Simple Skincare Routine for Teenagers?

When it comes to teen skin, less is more. A simple, consistent routine can help manage breakouts, oiliness, and irritation without overwhelming the skin. Here’s a great beginner routine for teens:

Cleanse

Use a gentle comedogenic cleanser — once in the morning and once before bed — to remove dirt, oil and buildup. We recommend SkinCeuticals Purifying Cleanser Gel or the Stone Crop Gel Wash from Eminence Organics.

Moisturize

Apply a lightweight, oil-free moisturizer after cleansing. Even oily or acne-prone skin needs hydration to stay balanced.

Protect
