Absolutely. All Viva gift cards are issued for a monetary value, so they can be redeemed for any spa treatment, product, or retail item you choose.

Can a Gift Card Be Redeemed on the Viva Day Spa Online Store?

No, gift cards can only be redeemed for services and products at our physical spa and med spa locations.

What If My Gift Card Is Lost or Stolen?

Please give us a call! We can usually look up your gift card using the purchaser’s name or the recipient’s name to access the credit as payment for services or products. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be reissued.

Can I Get a Refund for a Gift Card?

No, gift cards are not refundable. The credit can, however, be used toward any Viva Day Spa + Med Spa service or product, and it can also be transferred to another person.

Can My Gift Certificate Be Transferred to Another Person?

Yes, Viva Day Spa gift cards are fully transferable. If you’d like to transfer a gift card to someone else, please call us and we’ll be happy to help you with the transfer.
