They let me know what was going on, and what was going to happen next and kept checking in to make sure I was doing okay and didn't need any adjustments during my various treatments... My massage was ~90 minutes and I was given the choice of massage style. The masseuse asked pointed questions on my body and my goals and customized the massage from there.
