What Are The Different Types of Juvederm Fillers?
First approved by the FDA in 2006, Juvederm is a collection of six (6) hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers. Each different filler helps add volume for different needs in seven specific areas of the face including the lips, cheeks, chin, smile lines, under eyes, or jawline.
All Juvederm fillers contain a modified form of Hyaluronic acid (HA), which is naturally occurring substance that keeps the skin moisturized and soft. The cross-linked hyaluronic acid molecules form a smooth, crystal-clear injectable gel that replaces and refills HA in areas where it has been depleted over time for long-lasting, natural looking results.
