2026 Valentine Voucher | Terms & Conditions

  • Purchaser will receive one $50 Valentine Voucher for every $300 spent (not including gratuity).
  • Valentine Voucher expires 3 months (90 days) from date of issue, which is the date you receive your Viva voucher email.
  • $50 Valentine Voucher will be emailed to the purchaser. You will receive a separate email for each $50 Valentine Voucher you earn.
  • Valentine Voucher can only be redeemed for spa and med spa services. It cannot be used for gratuity, product or gift purchases, tax, or gift certificates.
  • One $50 Valentine Voucher is redeemable per guest per visit.
  • Viva Vouchers are fully transferable. Forward your Valentine Voucher email to whomever you wish, and tell them to bring it to redeem at any Viva location.
