What Are the Contraindications of Hydrafacials?

Hydrafacial treatments are not recommended if you have:

  • Severe cystic acne

If you are currently taking Accutane, you must wait twelve months after completing your course of medication before scheduling a Hydrafacial treatment.

Please also inform your esthetician if you are pregnant or nursing, as these are contraindications due to the infusion of corrective serums into the breastfeeding mother’s skin.
