2024 Holiday Botox Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Viva’s 2024 Holiday Giveaway closes at 11:59pm CST on Thursday 12/12/24. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be chosen at random and contacted on Friday 12/13/24. The Year of Botox Series will be added to the winner’s Viva Day Spa + Med Spa account to be used for treatments at their Viva location of choice. Any unused Botox Series units will automatically expire 14 months (427 days) from original date of gift. Botox Series units are not transferable and cannot be shared/split.
