Driving directions
Viva on 35th is located two blocks East of Mopac Expressway (Loop 1). Take 35th Street east and we’re the second building on the right after Oakmont Blvd. (on the South side of 35th Street).
Viva on Lamar is located just south of Town Lake on South Lamar and Riverside. From I-35, go west on Riverside and turn left on Lamar Blvd. Take your first left into the Retail Parking area.
