Monday – Sunday, 9am to 8pm

Payments
We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Travelers Checks, Personal Checks, Viva Day Spa Gift Certificates, Spa Finder Gift Certificates, and Cash

Punctuality
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. If you are late, we may need to shorten your treatment to accommodate for the next scheduled appointment.

Cancellation
We require 48 hours notice for cancellation of treatments. For groups of 3 or more, we require 72 hours notice for cancellation of treatments. We reserve the right to charge up to the full service amount for all missed appointments or late cancellations. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation.

Gift Certificates
Get your Viva Day Spa Gift Certificate today! Call (512) 300-2256, buy it online with our secure ordering process, or stop by the spa. Please Note: no cash refunds are given for gift certificates. We gladly offer credit for all Viva Day Spa services and products.

Pricing Policy
Prices are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, our fee schedule may change before the pricing on our website. Please confirm the price for your service with our reservationists when booking your appointment.

Lost & Stolen Items
Viva Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Management Discretion
Viva Day Spa reserves the right to deny services at the discretion of management.
